Building Businesses,
Serving People,
Staying Faithful

I'm Anthony Leal, a former D1 basketball player at Indiana University turned entrepreneur and investor. I hold degrees in Entrepreneurship and Finance (MBA) from the Kelley School of Business and am a licensed Indiana realtor with over $10M in closed transactions.

I co-founded AIRE, a real estate syndication firm helping athletes build wealth, and Motion Sports, a Mark Cuban-backed sports technology platform. Through my journey across faith, fitness, and business, I share firsthand lessons to help others unlock their potential and pursue excellence in every area of life.

This year, I’m also training for my first Ironman to raise funds for breast cancer research, pushing my limits physically while advancing a cause that matters deeply to me.

At the core of everything I do is a commitment to growth, impact, and building a legacy that extends far beyond the game.

Real Impact

Throughout my college basketball journey, I played for the people around me, focused on empowering my teammates and honoring those who believed in me. In 2022, I used my NIL earnings to pay off my sister’s student loans. The moment gained attention, but the reason was simple. Family comes first.

My One Word

Every year, I pick one word to live by. A mentor taught me this practice, and it's been a game-changer for staying focused and intentional.
The word comes with a Bible verse and a biblical character who embodies it. It becomes my filter for decisions, my reminder when things get hard, and my North Star for the year.

2026: FAITHFUL

"Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master."
— Matthew 25:21
I want to be faithful in everything, starting with God, through worship, prayer, and actually living out what I say I believe. But faithfulness to God naturally spills into everything else.
Faithful in my relationships. Faithful in business by showing up consistently for the people who trust me. Faithful in my commitments, like Ironman training when I'm tired, family time when it's inconvenient, the daily stuff that nobody sees but matters most.
The parable of the talents gets me every time. God's given me opportunities, relationships, and resources to manage. My job isn't to be the best or the smartest, it's to be faithful with what He's given me. The small disciplines, done daily, lead to bigger things.
That's the goal: "Well done, good and faithful servant."
